Check out the Summer Gusher Series at Spindletop Boomtown Museum, where visitors get to experience a re-enactment of the Lucas Gusher for FREE. LU students, faculty and staff also receive free museum admission during normal operating hours, so be sure to stop by. Admission is not required to see the gusher.

Come out to Spindletop Boomtown Museum for a fun day of line dancing with the SETX Line Steppers. This event is free for LU students with a valid ID.

The average national cost of a pair of eyeglasses is $196. But that doesn’t include the expense of the eye exam or added features such as anti-reflective or anti-glare lenses. When you have a vision issue, you’ll clearly see the benefits of the plan.

You can enroll in either the (PPO) or the DeltaCare® USA (DHMO) plan. Both cover a range of services such as: preventive cleanings and exams, fillings, extractions, crowns and non-cosmetic orthodontic services.

The deadline to complete annual mandatory training is now July 31, 2025. Please log in to the training platform on LU Connect to finish all modules. Contact HR with questions or access issues.

It is time once again for the Yearly Mandatory Inventory Verification. Each department is responsible for locating all assets assigned to it. The list of assets to be verified will be sent to the Head of each department on May 1 and is due before June 15. Find more information here.
